Delete account and data

Option 1: delete immediately in the app

This is the fastest and most direct deletion method.

   Open Profile & SettingsUse the settings button from the Kaudi King home screen.

   Open Help & Support → Account & DataSelect Delete account & data and review exactly what will be removed.

   Confirm Delete permanentlyThe deletion cannot be undone.

Option 2: request deletion after uninstalling

Email your private Account Support ID to the official support address. The ID has this format:

You can copy it from Profile & Settings → Help & Support → Account & Data → Account Support ID before uninstalling. A display name alone cannot reliably identify an anonymous account.

What happens next

   We acknowledge your requestYou receive a reference ID to use in follow-up emails.

   We perform a safety reviewThe Support ID is checked against the private guest account directory.

   Deletion is ordinarily completed within 15 calendar daysIf recent account activity suggests the account may still be in use, we may ask you to reconfirm.

   You may cancel before approvalReply to the support email with the reference ID before deletion is completed.

What deletion removes

• Firebase anonymous account and guest profile
• Player statistics, virtual coins, and saved result markers
• Notification-device records
• Private Support ID lookup
• Account identity from remembered rooms, with safe handling of active matches
• Player-report records involving the account and their rate-limit records
• Problem reports submitted by the account and their rate-limit records

Never send a password, payment information, government ID, or other sensitive personal information. Kaudi King does not need those details for deletion.
