Privacy-first design
Kaudi King is operated by Prince Kesharavani, its independent developer. Contact: support@kaudiking.com.
Kaudi King uses anonymous guest accounts. We do not require your real name, email address, phone number, password, home address, contacts, precise location, or payment information to play. A random account identifier is created so the game can securely operate profiles, private rooms, results, and account deletion.
Do not include phone numbers, addresses, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in your chosen player name.
Data we process
- Firebase anonymous account identifier and private Account Support ID.
- Player name, avatar or theme choice, language, and game preferences.
- Private-room membership, invite code, game actions, game state, and results.
- Match count, wins, streak, and virtual coins.
- Safety reports containing the room, reporter and reported account identifiers, and a selected reason.
- Optional analytics and crash diagnostics only when the player enables “Help improve Kaudi King” in Settings.
- If you email support, the information you choose to include in that message until the request is handled and the operational retention period ends.
Why we process it
We use this data to create the guest profile, operate private multiplayer rooms, restore active matches, calculate results, prevent abuse, provide support, diagnose failures when consented, and improve reliability.
The private Support ID lets the operator locate the correct anonymous account when a player requests deletion after losing access to the app. It is not used for advertising or public identification.
Service providers
Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, App Check, Analytics, and Crashlytics, process relevant data on our behalf. Their processing is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Netlify hosts this public website and may process routine network and security logs needed to deliver it. The website does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics at launch.
Retention and deletion
Profile and match data is retained while the guest account remains active and as reasonably needed for security, support, and legal obligations. Safety records may be retained when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect players, or meet legal obligations.
Players can use Profile & Settings → Delete account & data for immediate in-app deletion. An external request is available at kaudiking.com/delete for players who no longer have app access.
External requests are acknowledged and ordinarily completed within 15 calendar days after a safety review. Recent account activity may pause deletion while we ask the requester to reconfirm. Requests may be cancelled before final approval.
After completion, the support message containing the raw Support ID and optional hints is removed when no longer required. Only a minimal operational record—such as a request reference, final status, and completion time—is retained.
Deleting an anonymous guest account is permanent. Uninstalling or clearing app data may remove access without automatically deleting cloud data; use the deletion feature first and save the private Support ID before uninstalling.
Security
We use authenticated Firebase access, Firestore security rules, App Check, restricted room reads, revision validation, encrypted network transport, private Support ID hashing, and explicit operator confirmation for external deletion. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Kaudi King is intended strictly for users aged 18+ and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Your choices and rights
Players can edit their display name, disable optional diagnostics, delete their account and game data, cancel a pending external deletion request, or contact support@kaudiking.com. Applicable law may provide additional access, correction, grievance, and erasure rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be presented in the app for renewed acceptance where appropriate.
