Eligibility and acceptance

Entertainment only
Kaudi King is a casual board game. It does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes, or redeemable virtual currency. Virtual coins have no monetary value.
Guest accounts
Kaudi King creates an anonymous guest account without requiring an email, phone number, or password. Guest access may be lost after uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices, or deleting the account. Account deletion is permanent.
Keep your private Account Support ID confidential. It is intended only for official account deletion support and must not be posted publicly or shared with other players.
Player conduct
Do not use abusive, sexual, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or personally identifying player names. Do not impersonate others, harass players, manipulate clients or game state, automate abuse, exploit defects, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law.
We may remove content, restrict rooms, suspend access, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or legal compliance.
Private rooms
Invite codes should be shared only with intended participants. Internet interruptions, device shutdowns, and players leaving may end or alter a match under the published game rules.
Intellectual property
The Kaudi King software, branding, visual assets, and original content are owned or licensed by the operator. Traditional Kaudi game concepts remain part of their respective cultural heritage.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions or grievances can be sent to support@kaudiking.com.
